Q. Can anyone register on this site?

A. No we are a wholesale company and trade accounts are only available to genuine resellers only.


How much do I have to spend for free delivery?

A. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 (Excluding VAT) to mainland UK and all orders over £150 to Northern Ireland, If you are located in Southern Ireland or overseas please contact us to discuss the delivery options.


Q. Do you offer a timed service if my order is urgent?

A. Yes we can offer a before midday or before 10.30am delivery, a list of prices can be found on the delivery charges page.


Q. Can I have my order sent to a different address?

A. Yes, there is an option on the checkout procedure to enter a different address to your billing address.


Q. What happens if no one is at the delivery address when the delivery is being made?

A. All deliveries will require a signature, if there is nobody in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left by the couriers which will provide instructions on how to receive the parcel.


Q. What time will my delivery be?

A. Standard deliveries can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm, but if you provide an email address with your order you will receive an email notification from our courier with an estimated 1 hour time slot.


Q. If an item is showing as “due in” when will you receive it?

A. Most items we are able to source within 2-3 days, but as some delivery times are longer please contact us via phone or email to get an accurate delivery date.


Q. An item from my order is missing / damaged, what do I do?

A. Please try and check the condition of the parcels before you sign for them. If you discover there is an item missing or damaged please contact us as soon as possible.
